Pros: Quiet, clean, and comfortable. It was a beautiful 25-30 minute walk to OU right along the Hocking River, just a 4 minute drive. This will be my go to place to stay when I'm in town to visit my daughter from now on.

Pros: Nice staff, comfortable beds and great location. Could use a fresh coat of paint in the rooms. Love the black out blinds. Would differently stay here again.

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. All the basic necessities included towels, soap, parking plus a fridge and microwave, lamps with charging stations, nice tv, nice heater and a/c unit. And great location in respect to Ohio University and uptown Athens. Great rate too. I needed a nice, safe place for quick, one night stay and this motel was perfect for that.

Overall the room was nice for the price and you could park right by your door

Pros: Liked that it was close to campus, bed comfortable and each room had refrigerator and also a bathtub My stay at Holiday inn did not have a microwave or bathtub in the room and was 50$ more

Cons: Lots of construction on road outside entrances hard to find.The bathroom door needed cleaning had fingerprints on it and not many tv channels available
