Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toledo West by IHG

I really liked this place and would stay again.

Pros: The property was modern and clean and well maintained. The room and the shower were very nice. Nice to have breakfast - they even had “To Go” bags.

Cons: There was no one at the front desk when I checked in. The neighborhood/area is just OK. The breakfast sausage was pretty bad - crunchy and overcooked.

Soothing, comfortable stay at a dificult time for us.

Pros: Bright, cheery. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Spacious room. Dove products in bath.

Cons: We didn't see anything telling us no housekeeping service for less than three nights. It wasn't a problem. We got plenty of clean towels from housekeeping. It just would have been nice to be told.

highly recommend. It's the second time we've come back and are satisfied.

Cons: I was not impressed by the variety of breakfast foods available or by the tiny yoghurt containers

Pros: Didn't partake of breakfast. Room was comfy and quiet.

Pros: Breakfast was great , lady at front counter was pleasant.

Cons: Maybe the POOREST tv channel selection I have ever had in a motel and the channels you could receive were old or non informing. When your in a motel room there’s not much to do except watch tv.

Pros: All of the essentials for us - clean, friendly staff. Room felt a little spartan, but it worked for us.

You get what you pay for

Pros: The room was well priced for 5 guests. I brought my whole family (kids included) and we enjoyed the pool and the fitness center. You do have to ask the front desk to let you in to the pool, but they were happy to do so and brought us extra towels. The room was clean except for a red stain on the pull out mattress. I didn't think anything of it at first, but it stained the sheets we put on the bed, so that was gross. The employees I saw were kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and they had a great variety. Something for all the picky eaters I have! Overall, it could have been cleaner, but I had a nice stay and I would book here again. We visited the Toledo zoo while we were there and it was a quick and easy drive from the hotel.

Cons: There were no sheets for the pull out bed when I arrived. I had to ask for them, but they were brought quickly. The pool didn't have very many towels and they were tiny. My room mattress had a large red stain on it.

Great place to stay

Pros: The beds and pillows are so comfortable. Breakfast is very good also.
