Responsive hosts. Comfortable stay. Nice location.

Pros: Close enough to the convention center, restaurants, attractions and Edgewater Beach. Comfortable home with 2 parking spots and large front porch to relax on. Lovely hosts and nice to have coffee to start the day!

Cons: Issue with A/C unit on 3rd floor, but quickly resolved. 7 athletes, only one shower in the 2 bathrooms (with no shower facilities at convention center where we competed in Masters Pan Am Games), but we managed.

Lovely property in a nice neighborhood close to both the lake and the center of Cleveland.

Pros: Extremely clean, close to everything, and extremely responsive when we had questions.

Cons: There were a couple of small things, but I contacted the company and they responded almost immediately. Can’t really say anything bad about them.
