Comfort Inn & Suites Napoleon

Pros: The sweet lady at the front desk was amazing and I would visit again just to have that experience again. She was very nice and accommodating when we had any issues she dealt with them right away. She gets 10 stars all on her own!

Cons: The pool could have used a cleaning and the breakfast selection could have been better. Some stuff in the bathroom was previously broken.

Have stayed here before. Was as expected, same as first time. Very quiet, very comfy.

Pros: Location is excellent, price is fair but typical for that location and specific weekend. Breakfast is very basic but edible and decent, no complaints. Room was very clean. Cleaning staff was friendly. The person that checked me in was very nice, didn't really see any other staff.

Cons: The only negative which probably can't be helped, is the stairs going up to the rooms. They are quite dirty but probably because of all the work boots coming directly into the hotel. But rooms were clean and hallway was fairly decently clean.

Pros: The hotel gave me the room requested. Staff was polite and friendly. Clean hotel & room.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and good location.

Pros: Staff was very very helpful. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our group when we needed some space for consuming snacks. The save was clean and organized.

Pros: Everything was awesome! The water in shower got hot really quick!! Really quiet hotel! I definitely will stay here again.

Cons: Bed mattresses, we're kind of too firm and not very think at all. Think my room needed new mattresses on the bed. But ,other than that , nothing else to complain about.

Comfy-clean room, Pleasant Staff, Close to main travel route, shopping, restaurants,& Sauder Village

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located off the main highway. It was very clean throughout (lobby, cafe, hallways, and hotel room). Staff was friendly, kind, pleasant, and very personable. Breakfast foods are provided such as eggs, waffles, sausage, yogurts, apples, bananas, coffee, and various juices. A large television was in the cafe, which was nice to view while eating breakfast. A Walmart, Grocery Store, and Fast Food restaurants were conveniently nearby (2 miles or less). There is a swimming pool, but I did not utilize it. The hotel is approximately 15 miles from Sauder Village and the town of Archibald, Ohio which is a wonderful place to visit!

Loved the stay, matress was not comfortable, pillows were very soft

Cons: Bathroom tub was not clean and I had to move the dresser to plug up the TV which had been unplugged

Cons: Riding bicycles, so the location past the state highway away from town was a little awkward.
