Holiday Inn Express was a warm, friendly, convenient home away from home for a wedding weekend.

Pros: Beds were comfortable, breakfast had numerous options, room was spacious, location was perfect for where we were going and convenient to the interstate, and staff supplied the extra things we needed.

Cons: Only small glitch was the top to the shampoo was broken, preventing us from using shampoo. Overall, the pump dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner are very inconvenient — practically impossible, actually — for those who want to use a bathtub.

Pleasantly surprised at the room size. Seemed bigger than most hotels. Also, very neat and tidy.

Pros: The breakfast area was so well organized. Very clean and the food selection was good.

Overall great location and nice clean room.

Pros: Room was very clean and good location, close to good restaurants and shopping.

Cons: The receptionist who checked us in could have been friendlier. No eye contact at all when she asked if she could help me, was like I was interrupting her day, she got a little friendlier toward the end, done her job but nothing extra.

Great hotel!

Pros: Clean , nice decor, comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Cons: Too much deodorizer. Cant stand the smell.Didn’t know they would want a 100$ security deposit. They kind enough to wave that fee.

Wonderful! Definitely will plan to return!

Pros: The hotel was beautiful and super accommodating! Even gave us a last minute late checkout. We unfortunately slept through breakfast but it smelled fantastic. Staff are super friendly!

Cons: No complaints from us! Wish we could have stayed here our whole trip!
