Pros: The room layout, outlets, etc. were great. I even used some spare bedding that was provided with the room due to it being so cold the first night.

Cons: My room was VERY cold at check-in and didn't warm up before leaving the first day. The second night was OK. Also,, very minor, but my colleague got some free chocolates at their coffee station and when I asked out of curiosity, the desk clerk seemed very confused and said that was abnormal.

Very comfortable experience at this hotel

Pros: Very well thought out property. We were only there for one night, but I think the room we stayed in would have worked for multi day stay, as it had a Mini kitchen and plenty of storage. Very comfortable bed and was happy to see a rail in the step in shower

Super place for couples or groups of friends. Great staff .

Pros: Very good breakfast plenty of choices. We traveled with a group of friends and we used the breakfast area each evening which was lovely. Nothing was any bother for the staff and they were very well.

Cons: Nothing!

This will be my new go to hotel when traveling.

Pros: All of the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and inviting. It is pet friendly too ! The suite had a great kitchen area complete with a large fridge and freezer. It was a large room and the beds and pillows were comfy. Lots of good channels on the TV & free WiFi. There were hot and cold breakfast items and an indoor pool. It was a great hotel at a fair price. I definitely put this hotel at the top of my list.

Would definitley stay again

Pros: Location was fine for my needs, employees were friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons: No complaints

Cons: The kitchen staff on Monday morning was a little unpleasant there was a lady that had a few children with her she thought breakfast was served until 930 as so did I she was busy getting her children food and the lady that was kitchen staff started closing everything thing down as it was going on 900 not giving the lady time to finish finally the lady said I thought you didn’t close up till 930 the help was really rude and said no 900 she then asked if she could at least get her something to eat she did allow her to but was very impatient about it. My husband and I didn’t want her to cause a scene and embarrass us so we didn’t bother to ask her if we could also grab something to eat even though it was still 900 we just decided to go over to Bob Evans and eat

Great room, but so-so breakfast.

Pros: The room was exceptional! The spa shower was awesome.

Cons: We are not fans of the “Build-your-own-breakfast-sandwich” idea. The tiny “French toast” are ridiculous. The sausage patties were crispy and overdone. Just not a good idea. Feels like you cheapened the breakfast experience.

Pros: Everything was good. We always stay Hilton because they are dog friendly. Thankyou for a great start

Pros: Quick and easy on/off from I75. Staff was pleasant, room was comfortable

Pros: Very clean and spacious rooms. Everything felt thoroughly cleaned. I loved the kitchenette in every room.
