TownePlace Suites by Marriott Georgetown

Nice hotel, clean and a good place to go for a short stay.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Plenty of choices and all the food tasted good.

Cons: Bed and pillows were not that comfortable.

A wonderful experience during a very difficult time.

Pros: The staff at this hotel in KY was amazing. We came to KY due to a family emergency and unthinkable loss. Leandra (front desk) and Kristin (overnight) were a few who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. But honestly, all of the staff we ran into over the past 5 days were so welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything! I can't say enough about them. The rooms were so clean, the hotel is updated, modern and sleek, the firepit outside was a great gathering location for our family at night to reminisce, and the facility was just a great location. We are heading back in a couple weeks and will definitely be staying at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. We will never stay anywhere else when in Georgetown, KY! Thank you, thank you, thank you for making our stay so pleasant during a very difficult time.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Pros: Everything was very clean. The breakfast options were plentiful.

Cons: There needs to be a bigger trashcan in the dining area and a place to put dirty utensils.

Will stay here again if needed. Accommodations were so spacious and clean and the area was wonderful

Pros: The accommodations were so spacious. I only wish we had gotten to breakfast earlier so we’d had better choices to select.

Cons: We got to breakfast with 45 min left and found the choices lacking. We had to search hard to find a staff member to get us milk

Pros: New and clean the guy in the entrance was real nice person. I make a country trip for 5 days and this was the best hotel.
