Pros: Clean. No smell. Friendly. Nice bed and pillows. Very good coffee and breakfast. Easy to check in and out. Complimentary two bottles of water in the room. Bathroom has a fan:)

Pros: I never travel. I was very nervous traveling without my daughter, who usually takes care of everything for me. I had zero trouble. The HI was great. The staff was extraordinary! I am already planning my trip for next year and I will be staying at the HI again.

From the staff to the condition of the facility I couldn’t ask for a better stay

Pros: Beds were comfy and the room was super clean. The tornado sirens went off during our stay and the staff were fantastic during that time.

Pros: Breakfast could have had more choices. I ate nothing for 2 days

Cons: The bathtub looked disgusting! It was rusted inside the tub

Great hotel! Perfect place for a good price.

Pros: Comfy beds, terrific breakfast and 24/7 coffee, and very clean.

Cons: Only issue I faced was the sink faucet in room 221 didn’t have enough pressure when fully opened — it was only a small stream and basically had to reach out my hand close to the sink to get any water.
