Dayton Vitality Hotel - Downtown

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Everything was great — the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Communication was amazing with the property being a self check in digital key i had zero issues getting anything I needed!

Cons: I had no issues or anything I disliked

I love staying downtown in a new city.

Pros: Excellent egg cheese ham croissant for breakfast. The woman behind the desk helped us with all the QR code business- tricky for us oldsters. The view from the 11 floor was stunning at sunrise.

Cons: Navigating the parking - after paying for it - was tricky for us first timers.

Amazing and comfy! Will definitely be back!

Pros: The bed was so comfy. The view was amazing. The staff was sweet and attentive. And the breakfast was also delicious.

Cons: Only issue I could see would elderly people and handicap people having trouble with the walk from the parking garage. Also, once you get into the hotel you have to go down a small flight of stairs. But I did see that if you were handicap, they would help you.

A quick stay in the Oregon District

Pros: The location inside the Oregon District is so convenient. I liked the decor of the room.

Cons: I think it was overpriced for a pretty normal hotel room. Make sure if you plan to park in the garage, you check in first. They can't comp your parking after you've already parked there. It would have been nice if they had let me know that ahead of time.

The view was amazing and we slept the best! The location next to the park was great for walking our dog.

Pros: The bed was so comfortable! The view was stunning from the 12th floor and it was so quiet!

Cons: Nothing! Everything was wonderful!

All in all a very nice stay

Pros: Everything was very clean - the minimalistic aspect of the hotel was nice. The lobby area was very bohemian which I liked

Cons: There was no bar or restaurant open or a place to have a quick drink - that was disappointing. Even a place you could buy a beer or bottle of wine to chill in the lobby area.

Fabulous stay for an amazing weekend!

Pros: The property was clean and had great architectural. I enjoyed breakfast provided. I liked the fact that we had digital keys and parking passes.

Cons: I didn’t like there wasn’t a microwave or ironing board in our room.

Great location for UD families

Pros: I love the location It was clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful

Cons: the water in the toilet was super hot you could feel the heat on the tank

Pros: The breakfast was good. It included eggs, sausage, bacon, potatos, fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, and coffee. The room was clean and had a nice view of downtown Dayton.

Cons: There was the perpetual sound of running water coming from behind the toilet which was a little bit annoying. The floors inside the room are bare concrete except for the bathroom and a rug placed on each side of the bed. I actually didn't mind since since most hotels don't clean their carpeting but next time I would bring a pair of slippers from home. The hotel did provide some disposable slippers but they were too small for my feet.
