Good and bad

Pros: Arrived near midnight, but staff was helpful, received room keys within minutes. Dropped my watch near the front deck and the lady kept the watch for me, very grateful but I forgot her name, it was the night of 11 July. I needed sewing kit and she got me one, again very grateful.

Cons: The guy on duty the 2nd night was not so helpful, wifi also didn't work

I was satisfied with it and would stay again.

Pros: The location was convenient. The staff was helpful and friendly. Marty was great. I enjoyed the fresh coffee in the lobby and a comfortable place to meet with family and friends. The restaurant food was very good. Plenty of free parking. Overall a pleasant atmosphere.

Cons: The phones never worked after the storm. I thought it was a bit mean to charge for a small amount of food when there was no electricity and water. I think we should have been offered some discount or compensation for all the inconvenience.

Needed a place to stay near the airport for an early morning flight. Great price.

Pros: Loved the breakfast, our room and the friendly staff. We had a great ride to the airport the following day -- best chauffer ever! He even gave us snacks for along the way. Much appreciated.

Pros: シャトルバスが朝4時から30分おきに運行。12分で空港に到着。バスの運転手さんがとても感じが良かったのて、チップを弾みました。シャトルバスの予約も、きちんと管理してくれていて、朝起きたら予約がなかったということもなさそう。
