Pros: The communication with host was good, the room was clean. I was able to grab some food nearby.

Cons: The coffee machine wasn't as clean, resorted to just having tea. I didn't do much research on the neighborhood, and walking from the train station to the place felt unsafe.

Pros: Jay was very helpful and very prompt if i had a question .,very quiet and peaceful ,Room had everything we needed and its very private . House is beautiful ,and staff was kind

Pros: They provide a keyless entry to both the building and the room. I arrived close to midnight and had no issues in entry, without waiting for someone to open the door. I wish all places had this feature. My favorite spot to stay in Cleveland.
