It was clean for good price, with helpful Jay. It was perfect for us for one night. Pretty house.

Pros: Very helpful host. We were able to order a SIM card and he brought it to us in the morning. Large, well-equipped shared kitchen. Clean places. Private parking. Late night check-in.

Cons: Private and clean, but a bit outdated. Creaking stairs to the upper floor. A small room, but it practically fit two of us.

Pros: Parking was more than ample in the back of the house. I felt safe in the Cudell neighborhood and the location of the house near the freeway was great for a fast getaway to downtown Cleveland. Entry into the house and bedroom... no issues. I had plenty of space in the bedroom to store all of my belongings. The bed was very comfortable. The amenities in the kitchen (stove, microwave, sink, refrigerator) were great perks. The laundry area is a bonus. The living room and dining room had a nice touch to it. The outside porch and patio are great additions once it warms up. Everything worked in the bathroom area. Overall, an incredibly enjoyable stay and would definitely be up for a return visit.

I'd stay there again.

Pros: Jay and staff was great. Location was perfect for me. Price was excellent. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Cons: Such a small thing...the front door was hard to open and close.

Great value

Pros: Spotless, well decorated and organized. Other guests were very polite and the neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Cons: Everything was great just keep in mind this room has a shared bathroom and facilities if you need your personal space. Wasn’t an issue when I stayed though.

This is a magical place. If you’re in Cleveland you couldn’t do much better than Stay With Jay.

Pros: This is a magical experience. The house is exceptionally clean and well appointed, with some perks not found anywhere else. The bed was perfectly firm but soft. I would definitely come back to Jay’s house if I am in the Cleveland area. Well done.
