Pros: Excellent apartment. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. Great location, can't fault it!

I had a great stay here overall! I would definitely come back.

Pros: The available amenities were great! I was easily able to cook a whole meal in the kitchen and had the necessary items to clean up. The futon in the tv room was also very comfortable.

Cons: The parking situation would be very tight for larger vehicles. It is great that there is driveway parking, is just a little tight!

Great location and well stocked apartment

Pros: We did not receive the check-in instructions with the door code. My experience with the Booking.com support was terrible and not helpful at all. I was able to reach out to the owner-host and they were able to get the info to us that we needed. The apartment was very nice, well stocked, bed fairly comfortable and plenty of room for 2 people. Overall, I would stay here again as the location was very good and the apartment was updated and inviting.

Cons: The downside was all the stairs to get to the apartment and the parking on the street could be challenging at times.

Home Away From Home!

Pros: Fast WiFi. Awesome TV, super clean and very quiet neighborhood. You don’t have to worry about your car at night! I will definitely book again when my work brings me back.

Pros: The place was very neat and clean. Loved the lighting. Mattress was very comfortable. Everything was labeled and easy to find. Would definitely stay again!

Cons: I would suggest having some sort of note or pamphlet welcoming us and a run down of the rules and possibly local must see attractions and places to eat. Definitely could have used a few extra towels. And the bed frame was bigger than the mattresses and stuck out 4-5 inch’s and definitely stubbed our toes on it more than a few times.

Wonderful

Pros: Very clean, quiet neighborhood and location was perfect for what we did.

Cons: We had the upper floor apt. Steps were a little scary. Very narrow.

Comfortable and easy.

Pros: Cozy and accessible with a cute neighborhood. Good facilities. Washer and dryer worked well, as did the dishwasher. A/C was perfect. Shower was big and the hot water was amazing, didn’t go cold on me once. The whole process checking in and out was very easy. Simple and effective. Liked how hands off it was, felt more private and comfortable that way. Couldn’t hear the neighbors at all despite there being quite a few of us staying in the duplex. Loved the auto lock on the front door. Porch was cute and the house is in really good shape. Whole place was extremely clean upon arrival, to the point it was impressive.

Cons: The air vent above the toilet leaks sometimes? Just a few random drops of water. Only noticed it once or twice but it didn’t really bother us, just thought I should mention it. The water pressure in the shower could be better and the facilities- while very nice- were not really stocked well. The stairs are very, very steep and the edges on them are metal, which scrapes your feet sometimes, catching your shoe and nearly causing you to trip more often than it saves you from slipping, as I assume it’s supposed to do. There was not any cleaning supplies aside from some dish soap even though the listing states there would be. (No broom or etc)

This was a comfortable, fun, and very convenient place to stay.

Pros: The location was excellent. We were in town for a pair of Cleveland Monsters games and some general sightseeing. The location is close to downtown, near many great attractions, in a very interesting and eclectic neighborhood. And the appliances were all clearly marked with instructions and were otherwise easy to use. The decor was very minimalist and neat.
