Charming 1 BR Apt 6 miles from Downtown!

Comfortable, Pet-Friendly Apartment in a Great Location

Pros: We stayed for almost three weeks. The apartment was cuter in person than the photos! It was very spacious. The bed and couch were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was stocked enough for basic cooking. We are grateful for the laundry machine in the basement but note that it requires quarters. We really appreciated the private parking space and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Location was great, close to stores and restaurants and a short drive to downtown. The host was friendly and quick to respond to all our supply needs. She allowed us to travel with our cats and even allowed us to check out late to accommodate an evening flight. Price was very reasonable, I would highly recommend!

Cons: The heater had a mind of its own, kept going over the thermostat setting so we had to constantly reset the thermostat.

Everything as advertised

Pros: We went to Cincy to visit family that lives in that neighborhood and the apartment was quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was responsive and accommodating. Super recommendable.

Cons: Dryer lint filter hadn't been cleaned recently which could become hazardous. But no other complaints.

Extremely clean, great parking, felt safe, cute and updated more than the pictures

Pros: It was updated more than the pictures showed. It was soo cute. Very clean! Great location between downtown and campus.

Cons: Highlight that there are Not extra blankets and toilet paper/paper towels

Well kept apartment in quiet neighborhood

Pros: Really nice clean space. Host response was immediately if I had a question. Neighborhood was really quiet.

Cons: You could hear every move the upstairs neighbor made. Fur baby barked for hours one night. However, it didn't make the stay terrible. Just a little concerned.

A great adventure in a comfy place

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and in a very nice area.

Cons: The bed was a bit uncomfortable but not bad enough to ruin the experience

Pros: Great unit - close to downtown and everything we wanted to see. It was a quick visit - will definitely stay here when we come back!

Pros: It was just the right size for my friend and I, with plenty of space to relax. We appreciated the big, comfy couch and many streaming options. The place was clean and tidy and the host was very responsive.

Cons: We only had one partial roll of toilet paper 😅 we couldn’t find any extra rolls anywhere. There also weren’t any paper towels, tissues, or hand towels. It would have been great to have these around for our stay.

Pros: Good location for a visit with our great grandson in NKY.

Cons: Bed a little uncomfortable.
