Red Roof Inn Richmond

Pros: Convient location for Winchester speedway just 35 minute drive restaurant close by as well as a Meijer

Very affordable, pleasant, comfortable and distraction free!

Pros: I've stayed at this facility more than five times over the years and I've come back because of the value, comfort and location.

Cons: There was food left in the refridgerator freezer that melted. I didn't realize that the switch near the bathroom door turned the freezer and microwave off until the meltdown happened.

This is our preferred hotel when visiting Richmond, Indiana

Pros: This is a great location! Right off I-70 and a supermarket with immediate access. Fast food is nearby. Easy access to I-70 as well. The staff is very professional and friendly. This is our third year in a row at this Red Roof Inn! We drive further to get to this hotel.

Cons: The refrigerator is old and needs the compressor replaced.

Pros: Very nice room. Loved that my kitty could stay for free!

Cons: Perhaps some pastries to go with the coffee?

Pros: It was very clean room was very nice staff was absolutely excellent

Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like everything was amazing

Pros: The lady at the front desk with the long black hair is the absolute nicest person!!! Place was very clean, and very comfortable

Bathroom

Pros: The room was beautiful, spacious, and was happy until it came to using the bathroom.

Cons: The bathroom was unacceptable. Very dirty. Hair in tub, on floor, rim of tub and inside didn't look washed. Very poor housekeeping. Rooms should be checked by supervisor before they are put in as clean due to being a housekeeping supervisor. Biggest besides clean sheets and no bugs is a bathroom. That's the only pet leave. If it wasn't for that, there would be nothing bad at all to say

Pros: Our room was very clean and well designed. The halls and the outside look very good I think it was more worth more than two stars.

Cons: You cannot cook or smoke in these rooms even with a Crock-Pot. One of the desk workers talkstoo much, takes too much time to explain things. And especially in front of other customers. There's supposed to have a pool but they do not

Cons: L’air climatisé ne semblait pas fonctionné. Mais la nuit était fraîche, ça explique peut-être.

Pros: The staff were very nice & the rooms were very clean. Very friendly with our gur baby also.
