Without hesitation I would stay there again!!!

Pros: It was exceptionally clean, staff were friendly. It was quiet the location was close enough downtown to walk, there was a walking trail nearby.

Pros: Perfect when riding your bike. I raced from West coast to the East coast and this hotel was the only one that had a hose and cleaning wipes for bikes. Perfect!

The stay was great! The room, nice, clean comfortable. Except for the breakfast.

Pros: What I like most was the proximity to the bike path and the Aerial Foundation Park the HQ for our Knox County Biketoberfest (Oct 3-5). It was conveniently located my purpose.

Cons: The “free breakfast” left much to be desired.

Pros: Location was perfect as we rode our bikes into town and it was right off the trail. Breakfast was a disappointment, looking for oatmeal or something to fuel the next day's ride, hoping to grab a banana for the trip, but neither was available.

Cons: Breakfast options, as you are on the OTET; grab and go items, like bananas and granola/protein bars

Extremely comfortable.

Pros: The room was super clean. For example, There were two full length mirrors and also one over the sink area. They were spotless. Not a smear or spot on any of them. Very impressive.

Pleasant visit

Pros: The staff was outstanding!! We were there for our grandson's birthday and they gave us an extra hour for checkout so we could get a swim in with his friends. The exterior was very well maintained and the inside was very clean as well. The location was perfect for walking to downtown restaurants and across the street from a nice children's museum. I have only one complaint. The toilet was clearly extremely old. It was so low to the ground every time we used it we felt like we were going to fall down. An elderly person would have an extremely difficult time with them. It appeared to be family run, and everyone was friendly and there was always someone ready to answer questions and assist.

Pros: The stay was enjoyable. The breakfast spread was diverse enough for everyone to find something. The location puts it at the base of a short uphill walk to the city center.

Cons: I've got a bad hip so the mattress was a bit too firm for comfort. My wife, however, found them quite comfortable.
