Of the two hotels in Bluffton, IN., THIS is the much nicer one.

Pros: For events in the area or at Wells county fairgrouns, this is the place to stay. The service was great, the room was clean and all my expectations were met. A large group of us gather once a year and they accomidate us and our loudness in their small meeting room, but we try to keep it down and they work with us. Love this place, will always stay here when we have events at the Wells county fairgrounds.

Cons: Water jug in lobby was often empty.

Pros: All the staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was excellent as were the ladies as the area was clean and well stocked and maintained.

Pros: Very nice classy hotel. Clean and well kept. Rooms are very comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast attendant the first morning was not very pleasant. I didn't catch her name but yes definitely not the friendlies person. Easter morning lady was super sweet and adorable 😍 I will stay again just to see her.
