Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind, professional, and accommodating.

Pros: Hands down, Christina Smith at the front desk was truly amazing! If it wasn't for her, the stay wouldn't have been as nice. She is wonderful and so helpful. Always smiling, welcoming people in and even out of the door! She is a true gem.

Cons: We stayed in a suite with a bedroom. When we arrived, unpacked and started to settle in we noticed one remote wasn't working. We went down and got new batteries. We didn't have any regular coffee, only 2 towels, zero wash clothes, only one small roll of toilet paper, no bar soap in the bathroom, and the sofa bed didn't have a blanket or any pillow cases. Christina helped us every single time. The room itself was nice, the tile floor were all sticky, there is lots of tape and small sticky pieces of stuff all over the wall by the door and over the bed. Someone must had a party in that room. The shower floor was also dirty. And those sofa beds are very uncomfortable.

Pros: Clean, perfect for a family of five with the pull out bed, the kitchenette was very nice and tons of clothing storage. Breakfast did not disappoint and the pool was very well kept

Pros: Staff tried there best to make sure our stay was wonderful.

Cons: The booking through the app was clunky and made me have an extra night . The hotel made every effort to correct the issue , but the app blocked what they were able to do . Tried to switch the booking night that was not correct . But had to end up booking a second night and then tried to cancel the wrong night stay . Was unable to do so through the app. The hotel said they would gladly cancel the extra night but the app blocked them from doing so . Defiantly a glitch in the booking app. Tried to make change 5 minutes after booking 3 days before my stay . When it had not been resolved it forced me to make the second booking to ensure we had a place to stay. Needless to say we ended up not staying over night on the miss booking and had to pay for it anyway . Disappointing

Pros: Location was great, room was clean and very quiet! Also, the lady at the front desk was so sweet but I didn’t get her name.

Cons: The only negative was the indoor pool was a little dirty/cloudy and it was COLD! The pool is the highlight of my toddlers trips and he shivered the entire time he played.

Cons: That the breakfast didn't start till 7 and we had to leave by 6 for the tournament because we had to grab something to eat. And be there by 7
