Modest hotel, super nice staff. Front desk guy provided exceptional service! Great customer service!

Pros: When bathroom (toilet) was clogged in the room we were immediately moved to new and better (larger) room

Cons: Breakfast selection very modest. I wish there were eggs of any form and a waffle maker with waffle batter

Pros: The staff is very friendly and the room was clean as was the rest of the Hotel and the breakfast and coffee was delicious.

Good point to stop along the way.

Pros: The breakfast was good, lots of options. The dining was adequate and kept clean. Grateful for a good start to the day. Spacious rooms. We liked having a full fridge and freezer to get our food for the cooler and the ice packs chilled.

Cons: The rooms felt a bit worn. Some updates had been done, but there were areas that still needed some attention.

If you need a good location between Cleveland and Seville, this place was just right.

Pros: The breakfast was well stocked, hot, and everything was clean and easy to self-serve.

Cons: I would have appreciated some silverware and some plates or bowls in the room. I got to-go food from local stores, but I had absolutely nothing to help me cut some cheese, make a plate of strawberries, and have some crackers. The coffee machine in the room could have been better. The coffee in the lobby was great. The staff was helpful, and the housekeeping was very good.
