Beautiful place to stay which was very clean and comfortable.

Pros: The Breakfast was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: More comfortable chair in room.

Loved it! Will stay here again

Pros: We stayed in the queen suite, and the room was huge. It surpassed our expectations by far. We stayed in 4 different hotels on this trip 3 of the 4 were Hampton Inn's. We had a 1 night stay at a different chain hotel and quickly realized Hampton Inn's are far better for the same price. The Hampton Inn & Suites in Richmond, IN, was our favorite hotel of the trip.

Cons: We were coming from the Hampton Inn & Suites in Yorktown, VA, where the evening front desk clerk was fanomial. We adored the guy, so our expectations were unrealistically high for the next hotel we stayed at, which was this one. The guy that checked us in was fine he just wasn't what we just had.

I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Pros: Every part of the hotel that we were in was clean, comfortable, well lit, and there were no funky smells anywhere!! Breakfast was exceptional and every single staff member we dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing.

Comfortable, quiet, clean, top notch.

Pros: Sparkling clean, spacious suite with comfortable bed, sofa, desk, luggage holder, kitchenette; plenty of towels; quiet; easy access from highway. This hotel has paid attention to the many details too often overlooked by other roadside hotels; even the parking spaces were generously sized.
