Baymont by Wyndham Richmond I-70

Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly and highly professional. We got specially good service by the lady at the reception desk (Debbie) when we arrived to the hotel. Great thanks for her!

Pros: The staff we encountered were exceptional. Specifically, Debbie at the front desk was very friendly and thorough with each customer checking in ahead of us and with us. Richard in the breakfast room was such a happy guy and so helpful. He really made our day! He literally offered to make us fried eggs, what hotel gives such personal attention? The stay was a great all around value including comfort, cleanliness, and great people.

Cons: There really was nothing that needed fixing.

Will stay here again when in the area.

Pros: The gentleman that served breakfast(Richard) was awesome! He was very attentive to all guest and made each of us feel important! He is definitely an asset to your hotel. The staff was friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little outdated. My family and I stayed here about 3 years ago. We had a very bad experience and I refuse to come back. After reading some of you recent reviews I decided to give you another chance and I am glad I did. We visit Richmond about 2 times a year and will be staying here again.

Cons: Hot tub was not working.

Pros: Debby up front and Richard cooking an amazing breakfast makes this a hidden treasure. Who’d thought this would turn out so awesome? It was a perfect spot, clean, frickin hot water and you have a great combination. Toss in a breakfast that’s yummy and you have the best place you never thought you’d encounter in Richmond, Indiana!
