It was good!

Pros: Breakfast? There was no breakfast included, if there was breakfast, I missed my included breakfast!

Cons: One if the front desk personnel (lady) was not as friendly, pleasant, and great as all the others!

Great stay away from home

Pros: I like the cleanl I Ness of thr room, breakfast options, gym facility and snack area.

Cons: The incidental fees take too long to be refunded. I'm still waiting 5 days later.

Great stay all around, thank you.

Pros: Great staff. Great parking into building access. Fast elevator. Nice flow in bathroom throughout. I asked for a view of possible and got one. Low interaction with guests even though the place was booked. So no forced interaction while if you wanted to socialize could easily get that also on the property.

Cons: I would make the fire exits locations more apparent in the hallway. Plillows were too soft. Do not like the bulk shampoo other people used while showering. Very gross. One even fell off the tile.

Pros: I liked the facility is within distance of the mall. It's a very nice and clean hotel.

Cons: The pool is not on site for them, you have to get a wrist band to be able to go to the pool next door.

Wonderful staff and facility.

Pros: We both enjoyed the Continental breakfast offerings and the dinner menu was good as well. We did not know the area very well at all and wish we had more experience with area restaurants.

Cons: Not a complaint re: the facility, but the area generally did not seem to offer many nicer venues (restaurants) unless we went across the river. I get the convenience of the hotel but it felt a little isolated.
