Pros: good place for travellers, pleasant room, clean and cozy, fast check in

Cons: I can't understand, not only here but around USA, why hotels, motels, etc... must produce so much waste. Breakfast - everything is plastic, paper, one-use only! Knife, fork - plastic in plastic bags, no cups, no plates, only paper or plastic and no waste separation! Make America sustainable again!

Nice place, great value for money

Pros: The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. The wifi was good. The breakfast was good. The value for the price was very good. The fireplace in the lobby is a nice touch. I recommend this place and was very satisfied with my stay.

Cons: The indoor swimming pool was a little too cold, so I chose not to use it on many occasions. Also, housekeeping did not make up the room while I stayed there. We had to ask for towels and for them to take out the trash. They won't do anything unless told apparently. I still recommend this place though.

Great place better then holiday inn

Pros: Everything Nothing at fault . I’m British so would prefare a kettle in the rooms to boil hot water as water machine downstairs water is always cold for a cup of tea . Staff always have a smile on their face which is amazing they are always willing to help which I love .

Pros: This is my home away from home . Amazing. One thing I would love is a kettle in the room . More hot water services provided as not everyone drinks just coffee . We the British like our tea

Comfortable stay

Pros: This is my 2nd stay here and its spacious and very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful

Cons: No maid service but when asked for clean linen and towels they were provided

Pros: We had a great night and would also like to say thank you to Colt for being a very friendly and down to earth guy!! He has helped us crazies 😉😉 a couple times that we have stayed and it is always nice to be welcomed by a friendly face that late at night and we will definitely be back to stay again!!!

Pros: I loved how nice and understanding the staff was and it was easy to get to my hotel room the bed was amazing and comfy

Cons: The bathroom door didn't latch

Pros: I liked the location. Rooms were nice. My kids loved the pool except that water was cold. Breakfast was nice, coffee was always made. Staff was nice & helpful.
