comfortable and safe

Pros: Everyone is always so accommodating- the rooms are clean and I feel safe

Cons: The price is difficult to accept for a one or 2 night stay, it is so expensive. However, I would chose here often if money wasn't a factor for us.

Pros: Exceptional staff customer service. Communication, professionalism and friendly.

Cons: Noise barrier between rooms sucks. The wall paper separated in the corner, looks like black mole. Also I appreciate the presence of a full body mirror but I do not feel it should be located next to the bed.

Pros: Angela the General Manager was great. She helped us move in sooner than our arrival time as we had a toddler with us. The front desk person (lady with pixie braid) was not quite willing to allow us to check in yet. Ot was good customer service and a good teaching point. Jessica helped in the breakfast area and she was excellent. She recommended certain items and even gave us to go items. My 23 month old grand daughter actually went up to herr today before we left and said her name and gave her a high give without prompting. The pool was clean and great (I will speak about adjusting things there in the next box.) Service staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

Cons: I would appreciate a heads up on the guest service staff checking pool chemistry. We had just got to the pool at 5p.m. last night about 5:30 p.m. the front desk guy says he needed us to get out for 15 minutes. I did not understand as he did not explain. Another family had just arrived in the pool as well. Apparently he needed to check the Ph level of the water. It would be nice to 1, Put a sign on the window ir at the desk that the water chemistry needs checked at certain times and that the staff will ask you to get out of the pool for a short while. He did not say much other than we needed to get out for 15 minutes. 2. I was a pool manager and you can check the water chemistry without having everyone clear the pool. The water was turbid but it appeared okay. If chemicals needed to be added to the pool we would be out for longer than 15 minutes, so his ask did not make sense. Lastly as a customer service representative he could be coached on ways to make sure customers don't feel imposed on when they are told the pool is open from 6-11p.m. No one said anything about a pool chemistry check at any time. He did not offer an apology or polite request. He said \

Overall very please for the privacy and the stay for what we paid.

Pros: Loved the tvs having Netflix! Happy to have remotes that can be cleaned properly. My kids thought the mints in the room were the best thing in the world. Enjoyed the space.

Cons: Couch was very worn and didn’t have a pleasant smell.

Pros: The Breakfast was great with excellent choices. Clean area to eat 👍👍

Cons: The one thing that was missing is the outside awning cause it was raining a was getting wet loading an unloading the vehicles.

Pros: Great facility, beautiful rooms. Clean lobby and eating area. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend anyone stay here.

Clean, comfortable, great staff

Pros: Very nice and clean property. There was a female bartender the night we were there who was so sweet and kind and made for a very fun night with our group, despite being in town for a funeral.

Cons: Getting to the property is confusing. My gps tried to take me through Sam’s club parking lot.

I came to town to buy a horse and it made my trip to have such a wonderful place to stay.

Pros: The staff was unbelievable. So nice and very knowledgeable about the area and help with restaurants.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was wonderful!

Pros: The breakfast had great options and the staff was very friendly.

Cons: Breakfast was only until 9am and we like end time of 10 am.
