Pros: Location was perfect for our needs. The lobby was very nice and staff was helpful and kind.

Cons: The room was small and the beds need new mattresses. Also the ac/heat unit was very loud whenever it came on.

Pros: 4th year we have stayed here for a golf outing nearby. Will stay every year we come out for event. Staff, facilities and location are perfect for us.

Cons: Nothing or we wouldn't keep coming back.

Pros: Very conveniently located to a variety of restaurants and shops! Plenty of parking that was easily accessible. Overall very clean and comfortable. An excellent value for the price!

Had a great and relaxing time at the Courtyard Marriot.

Pros: Nice open space in lobby and bar area. Very clean. Friendly and accommodating staff. Joe the bartender at night was great. Lisa behind the bar in the morning was great.

Cons: Not sure why but parking lot was closed off in the morning but otherwise no big deal.

Pros: The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The lady at the restaurant was very warm and helpful.

Pros: The location is great close to everything staff is wonderful the pool is very nice and it is overall pretty clean

Cons: It is getting a bit on the pricey side there is no free breakfast which is always a downside there is a fee for parking which I wouldn’t mind if people going to the bar across the street weren’t parking there This time around when we were there there were multiple young kids around 8years old running and screaming in the hallways playing ball in the hallway it was 830 at night and I was trying to get my 8month old to sleep this went on for about an hour n a half until finally one of their parents found them

Nice location with plenty of areas to safely walk

Pros: Great location, staff was very welcoming. Lisa, the bartender, was so friendly and pleasant to talk with I had dinner at the hotel restaurant both nights of stay.

Pros: We are repeat customer as a group come out to Hamilton to play golf and this is only place we stay.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were quiet. Would stay there again.

Pros: French toast was a little soggy. Eggs were good. Great location. Easy to go out and walk around.

Cons: Furniture in rooms need some updating. Wood was peeling off drawers and bathrooms need more space for toiletries.

Very pleasant

Pros: Staff was super friendly , informative and helpful. I left a medication in the fridge in the room and they called me very shortly after I checked out and kept it at the desk for me. My granddaughters and I thourouly enjoyed our total stay. Even stayed an extra night

Cons: Can’t say there was really anything that bothered us. The extra night was a little more than I wanted to pay but everything is expensive now
