Overall very pleasing and stress free!

Pros: Love the staff, always very accommodating and helpful!

Cons: The laundry facilities don’t always work correctly and there is nowhere to get change for the laundry services that are provided.

Nice and relaxing.

Pros: The fresh cleaning smell. Friendly front desk associates.

Cons: One pillow per person

Pros: Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was clean

Cons: We booked a smoking room but there were none available

Pros: I liked the fact that it's hardwood floors. It smelled wonderful with pinesol. Front desk was awesome

Nice little get away always a good stay!

Pros: I had a great stay. The staff was exceptional. The laundry facilities were great, updated washers and dryers. The only complaint I had was the water coming out the bathroom facet was spraying out the facet so it made the shower head water pressure very very low.

Well worth the price and

Pros: Clean and affordable Majority Staff is very helpful and kind Allyssa maybe her name was Allison was absolutely lovely! Perhaps she’s a supervisor or lead but she was very sweet!

Cons: Desk clerk mid day-evening who was less than professional and had a gentleman behind desk w her and was not interested in doing her job. that didn’t represent management or allyssa and their customer care

Pros: Rooms were clean, and everything was good. Definitely use them again when in the area, and price was decent as well.

Cons: Need more pillows on bed, so make sure you take extra.

Great overall few minor issues

Pros: Very pleasant employees. Clean and smelled refreshing throughout. I would definitely stay again...

Cons: Shower head was did not have pressure because the nozzle below would not transfer all over to shower head....

Pros: Friendly gentlemen at desk. Everything was clean , Quiet only thing is tried showering upon check out but water was off . Nothing against hotel because we all know things happen in life , something happen to where they had to turn water off for a few which was understandable . Thank you

Pros: The front desk lady Tessa or Theresa in the evening was fantastic, she went above and beyond and was super courteous. A lot of people may not like the location or maybe even some of the guests that stay there, but as long as she’s there anytime we’re in Columbus we will be staying there. Great job and I hope you get the recognition you deserve.
