It was a great stay staff was helpful & friendly.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Could be available an hour longer.

Cons: Mattresses are getting broken down.

Comfortable, quiet hotel, staff was great, perfect location, would definitely stay again.

Pros: Great breakfast, eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits, fruit, toast, waffles, muffins, cereal, yogurts and fruit .

Cons: Pool water was cold, but felt good after a 90 degree day. Beds were a little on the firm side.

I was overall very pleased with my stay

Pros: The lady at the desk was kind enough to make me fresh coffee the night I came. I was very grateful!

Cons: you could tell that the tub wasn't cleaned totally which was upsetting. The sink faucet looked like it hadn't been wiped either.

Helpful staff and delicious breakfast

Pros: The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable and clean.

It was a pleasant stay with ample restaurants nearby.

Pros: It was quiet and there was a lot of parking. It was in a good location with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores.

We loved it, except the drunk guy

Pros: Super clean, the staff is wonderful about everything, and breakfast was hot food. Coffee is especially good. Lots of eating nearby, too.

Cons: There was no ice machine on the 2nd floor. Smoking spot is pretty hidden. Found it on day 2. Drunk guest tried to open my kids' connecting room at 2am in his boxers. We shooed him away though.

Pros: The staff we encountered were great! Super friendly ladies working there. The hotel was clean. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds, and one of the mattresses was very, very used. It was kind of warped, with a flattened center. Definitely needs replacing. We brought our little dog and there was a little grassy area for him to relieve himself. We were in the area for the James Dean festival. The only issue is that the hotel pricing was like triple what they normally charge, due to the festival. I know thats just the way it is, but that doesn't make it right. We came in after 9pm one night and the lady at the desk offered to make us coffee. Again, the staff is excellent!

Worth it if you're stuck for a room for the night and tired

Pros: The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the early morning one.

Cons: I did not like the issue about holding a deposit, and staff did not seem to know the software very well. She kept asking for assistance, so she made me wait longer, and she also made me feel anxious that a dog could be a problem. Even though it is an out of way place but there is a private health center nearby and a few restaurants. Otherwise, it was fine. It has outdoor lawns for dogs and some trash cans for deposits. There is no actual dog park, but it is easy to navigate through the hotel exits.
