Hampton Inn & Suites Fremont

Wonderful stat and love the staff

Pros: We absolutely love this hotel and the location was perfect with lots of shopping options and restaurants within a mile!!!!!

I was very satisfied with my stay including front desk customer service.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Food area was being updated & cleaned constantly. Good selection to choose from.

Cons: Wish there was a hot tub or whirlpool. It would have been a nice feature beyond the pool.

Nice atmosphere, not great staffing.

Pros: The breakfast area was nice and clean and the food was good. Our room was clean and as advertised.

Cons: There was NEVER anyone at the front desk any time we were there. We had to wait several minutes to check in and out as the person was behind some closed door. She was also very sarcastic with me when I asked about the charge to my card for “incidentals”. She said “well I guess you don’t travel much, do you?” Yes I do but I have never had a hold placed on my card for that and I wanted to know what incidentals were, it’s not like we had a mini-bar or anything. I did not appreciate being spoken to like that! I will say the breakfast lady was VERY friendly!

Pros: Location. Friendly and accommodating personnel, especially with my room change request. Very grateful. 12 pm check out a bonus. Clean and tidy building. Convenient exit doors near elevator on first floor.

Cons: Room 220 above noisy mechanical room, but my room change request because of the loud humming below was granted. Footsteps above from third floor very loud in new room (236) though. No office chair with rocking option. Lights from next door sheetz gas station very bright. Diesel smell from sheetz outside prominent. Only 1 elevator.

Pros: I like staying at the Hampton Inn. Food is good for breakfast, beds are comfortable. Rooms are always clean. Location is usually good.

Cons: Price was a little high but was still cheaper than other major brand hotels

Pros: Breakfast was good. I liked the cheese omelets better than the usual scrambled eggs. Nightlight in the bathroom was a nice touch.

Pros: It was wonderful excellent choices for breakfast. Just perfect.

Cons: Everything was just right and convenient.

Pros: King bed rooms were not available, so they upgraded us to a king suite.

Cons: The breakfast was not up to the usual Hampton standard, probably because there were very few guests.

Pros: The breakfast staff was excellent. It is literally the cleanest, most well stocked breakfast bar I have ever been a part of. The staff was very friendly and did a great job! The best part is you can tell they care about their job! You rarely see that these days! Wonderful people.

Cons: No complaints!

I would definitely feel comfortable recommending this hotel to others.

Pros: The entire facility was very clean! Check in was quick and easy. Location was convenient.

Cons: I wasn’t unhappy with anything.
