Hampton Inn and Suites Dundee

Great business stay, nice room, and super convenient to everywhere we went.

Pros: The breakfast was a nice starter to the morning, they had a chafing tray of eggs, meat and potatoes. The oatmeal was good and I enjoyed the yogurt in the fridge. I haven't eaten yogurt in a while and it was a treat. Shower in room is awesome and I liked the way they have bottles for soap, shampoo and lotion on the walls readily available. That was nice and I've never seen that before in a hotel. Kudos on that idea.

Cons: Last night we lost power the from 10pm to 9am, but nothing the hotel could do. Pool is too small.

A warm, welcoming stay with friendly staff who truly made me feel at home.

Pros: Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, and I had so many great, genuine conversations that really made the stay feel personal.

Cons: Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. My experience was smooth and enjoyable , breakfast was delicious. The coffee was great. The room was actually better than I had expected.

Comfortable

Pros: Close to the things we were there to do. Pool was nice.

Cons: Night clerk was rude about using a 3rd party booking service. Pool is small and easily over crowded. Over priced.

Pros: The room was clean, the halls were well lit, ice was located on the same floor, no problem with room key, there was plenty of hot water, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, plenty of parking and just right across the street from Cabela's.

Cons: Breakfast was basic and not very healthy; I just had a hard-boiled egg. The little salt packets contained, Sodium Silicoaluminate, also known as, Sodium Aluminum Silicate or E554, so I couldn't even salt the egg. Eating healthy while traveling is hard at best.

Pros: best breakfast bar I've seen in a motel yet. Clean, love the seating arrangement. Can't remember the lady's name that ran & cred for the breakfast bar, but she did fantastic job. Kudos to her. I used to do the breakfast bar for another motel, wasn't as big, I know what it takes, She should get a raise.

Cons: Finding a used coffee bag in coffee maker of room. Not a big deal, but house keeping should check everything before leaving the room. Other than that, everything was great

Good but could be better.

Pros: Easy to get to. Great location. Very freindly staff.

Cons: Had to ask for daily towel exchange. Stayed three day and room was never cleaned, bed wasn’t made and room never vacuumed.

Comfy and clean

Pros: The rooms were very nice and clean. Front desk was very nice and check in was easy. Pool was a little cold for an indoor pool. Great location
