Williamstown Vacation Rental Private Deck and Yard

Pros: Location was everything I hoped for. The kitchen and dining room were ahmazing.

Cons: The upstairs room had no ventilation, so it was super hot even though the AC was full blast. Not able to functionly use the remotes to lower volume in the living room 😕. Not able to locate all remotes for all the tvs. The last top stairs felt as if it was about to give out.

Exceptionally Clean and Comfortable

Pros: The location was very close to the Ark Encounter and about 40 minutes from the Creation Museum. The home was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with the usual cooking utensils. The appliances were new and in good condition. The home was in a nice neighborhood with very little traffic.

Cons: Williamstown is a small town and while many aspects of that are very appealing, there aren't a lot of dining options nearby, (other than fast food). There are a few more choices in Dry Ridge which is less than 10 minutes away, but we found the choices very limited on a Sunday night. If you have a large group staying in the house, be aware they only provide a limited amount of toilet tissue, paper towels and trash bags. Apparently, this is a normal procedure for rental properties, but we weren't aware of this and were running low after two nights. This isn't a deal-breaker, but just wanted to make others aware. Also, there are active train tracks very near by and some of our friends found the occasional noise bothersome.

Was very clean and everything we needed for a short vacation to the Ark Encounter and Reds game

Pros: This house was very nice. It was very clean, newly remodeled and modernized with all new beds, linens, furniture, appliances, windows, doors, roof, deck, and plumbing fixtures, it also had plenty of room and was as described and shown in photos.
