Newly remodeled, clean

Pros: Clean. All amenities we needed. Close drive to the Ark encounter

Cons: The stairs are treaterous. I fell at the last day even being careful. I don't have trouble walking. They are noisy too. I would not recommend for elderly or people having trouble walking. Closet door in bunk bed room is off hinge. Light over sink is blinking.

ARK ENCOUNTER & CREATION MUSEUM GUESTS

Pros: It was very convenient to everywhere we were going. Lots of supplies where most places barely leave you anything. Although we didn't need much but nice to have if you do.

Cons: That you didn't have TV's in all bedrooms. I was able to work through that using my laptop.

Pros: Loved the house. Very comfortable. Used the washer but it didn't spin dry the clothes. Otherwise everything was perfect.

It was nice to come back to the house after a day out, and lounge on the sofa.

Pros: It was a house with a working kitchen and 3 bedroom. It was near I-75 and the Ark Encounter. I wouldn’t say it was across the road. I appreciate having a washer and dryer to do my laundry.the

Cons: The third bedroom was 2 bunk beds that was more for children usage. The top bunk was too low for me to sit up, on the lower bunk. I ended up using the top bunk. The downstairs bathroom was nice but its location made it undesirable to use unless the other bathroom was occupied. We didn’t use the lower level at all. It’s a split house. It was big enough that 4people were able to have their own privacy.

Pros: Beds were the most comfortable I have ever seen. Everything was clean and neat.

Cons: Would have preferred a keurig coffee pot, but we survived .

It is a nice property in a nice neighborhood.

Pros: The property is very well maintained. Very cute, very clean and very close to the attractions I was visiting for. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to everyone.

Cons: Well if I had a negative, the downstairs window needs a curtain.
