Everything was excellent and met or exceeded expectations.

Pros: Location is perfect. Honestly can’t get any better on the island. I’ve been to the island many times and stayed in a lot of places and these properties are in prime location.

Know what you're getting in to and it'll be perfect

Pros: The location was perfect for the island and it was nice to have a yard and a patio to relax at home. The AC worked very well in the basement unit and we even got a little cold sometimes which is a good thing. Plus there were very nice gas grills available and picnic tables. As long as you aren't expecting luxury accommodations you'll be fine here.

Cons: Some of the things like hand soap and paper towels were a bit lacking but we were able to buy some more for the next people staying. One bathroom was a little tight for 10 people and the shower head and ceiling were extremely low. At 5-10 I had to duck to stand in the shower and squat to use the shower head on my hair.
