Hocking Hills secluded modern A-frame

Pros: The location was wonderfully positioned to access Hocking Hills trails and sites. The surrounding rolling hills are gorgeous. The home is very private, nestled among beautiful trees, providing beautiful views of nature from every window. The modern decor and furnishings were really thoughtful and welcoming. Bedding and linens luxurious. The washer, dryer and dishwasher a plus! The host provided ample supplies and toiletries.

Cons: As advertised the home is perched off a steep drive, so guests should ensure AWD vehicle. We had no issues. The water filtration system cycles each night at midnight, during which you should avoid drinking the water, so we brought some bottled water. This caused no inconvenience. There are no window coverings other than the small downstairs bedroom and the house is all windows…as we are early risers we loved waking up to the daylight!

Such a serene place that holds the possibility to create the best of memories!

Pros: Really loved how it was in the woods and very private. The outdoor fire pit and hot tub plus all the outdoor chairs were nice to hang out and be outdoors.

Cons: The driveway was questionable but we made it up.

This was the perfect location for a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Pros: We loved the scenic and quiet setting, and the beautiful peaceful environment created by all the seating areas. The decorative flow, matching available kitchen supplies, and cleanliness topped everything off.

Cons: There was a slight green tint to the water in the hot tub that was a bit concerning at first. With research, we believe it was just hard water and minerals reacting to chlorine. It was still clean and enjoyable though.

Pros: New, clean, modern cabin with lots of windows and outdoor space

Fantastic place to stay, great host, very communicative. Would stay again.

Pros: Easy access to the property with the code lock, beautiful views, plenty of wildlife and a very updated place to stay. Was super nice and would absolutely stay again.

Cons: Once booked they recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle for the driveway, I would say it's more of a necessity, but they do have alternate parking if you can't make it. Though the hike up the driveway with your things will be strenuous, it's still worth it.
