The stay was very comfortable, clean, and everything provided for a relaxing, enjoyable stay!

Pros: Excellent location, near stores, restaurants, beautiful Lake Erie, and best of all, close to downtown Cleveland and easy to travel to. Yet, the neighborhood is very quiet, no traffic, and feels safe

Cons: One important issue needs to be addressed - both outside wooden stair cases are dangerously unsafe and in disrepair. We three women were in the age range between 64, 72 and 84, though very fit and active on our feet, drive, no walking issues others our age may have. But all of us felt very uneasy walking the outside stairs. THEY MUST BE ADDRESSED! We were surprised that booking allowed that condition or insurance would allow that.
