Overall id say for the price 4/5

Pros: For 2 nights, after taxes, ran me about $400 for 2 people. Pet friendly, back yard has a cattle fence enclosure for pets. Only 10 minute drive from the house of blues. It says 4 bedroom but could easily comfortably house more (only 4 beds though bring sleeping bags if thats the case) some spices in kitchen and toiletries in bathroom left behind from previous renters was appreciated. The only things negative about this place, none of which is a concern for me, is there is only 1 bathroom, very narrow driveway, ice makers in fridge/freezer does not work, no smoking and its in a middle class neighborhood that is surrounded by the hood lol. Will probably definately rent again. 3 minutes from i90 exits.

Cons: Ice maker either broken or disconnected. Very narrow driveway, no smoking, trash cans outside of house were full. No keycode on side door, have to enter from front door, and leave from front door to properly lock everything when leaving. (All very minor inconveniences). Heavy construction on main roads nearby.
