Little Ted's Cottages

Pros: We took a quick trip to celebrate my dad's birthday, and this cottage was exactly what we needed! It was very clean, had plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary items. The staff was very personable, parking was ample, and it was overall a great, family-friendly place. It is also in a great location, as it is central to the places we frequent when we are in town. We definitely plan to return!

Happy with stay

Pros: Location was great, nice clean pool. Nice to have kitchen (though with stovetop but not oven), living room, and two bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean and bright. Stay was only a couple days so fact there weren't a washer and dryer in my unit didn't matter.

Cons: One burner on stovetop didn't work, A/C was very loud, and only one A/C for unit so had to keep bedroom doors open. Furniture was older.

Great weekend Getaway!

Pros: We loved that we were 5 minutes away from where you catch the ferry's for Kelly's Island. Also close to a walmart.

Fishing TRIP Successful!!!!

Pros: Traveled with family to do some fishing. The cottage was clean and exactly what we wanted and needed for our trip. Would stay here for sure again. Thank you for the hospitality.

Cons: I really can't think of anything we did not like. The location was wonderful and so were the accomdations.

Very clean nice facilities, in close proximity to Lakeside. The owners are super nice and friendly.

Pros: Easy to get to and close to Lakeside where we were having a family reunion

Cons: Bunkbeds are very close together in heights, easy to knock your head when sitting up on the bottom bunk. Had to go buy a 9 x 13 pan that would fit in the toaster oven for breakfast casserole.

Just what we needed for a weekend get away for three adults and three children. We''ll be back!

Pros: I visited with my daughter, her son and her three grand children (and dog) just for the weekend to escape the heat in Fairborn, near Dayton. We wanted a location that allowed us to just relax. The kids swam a lot, both in your pool and at the public beach near Port Clinton. We also visited the African Safari on Sunday afternoon before heading home. We wholeheartedly recommend that attraction. I'm hoping we will be able to visit you in 2026. Thank you. PKG

Cons: Only one thing: the pillow on one of the beds was SO hard, like sleeping on a rock. Maybe that could be replaced unless someone actually likes a very hard pillow.

Great place for a family

Pros: Spacious living room, large pool, close to several destinations, dog friendly

Cons: Beds need to be replaced and pillows are small.

Pros: The property was quiet and the setting was beautiful!

Cons: The unit was a little outdated.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. The staff go above and beyond and are wonderful

Pros: Great price. Room exceeded expectations. Only complaint was that we had some issues with the wifi. Great place to stay.
