Pros: We liked that there was lots of items to use in the kitchen, easy way to get in and out with the lock, not much to do to leave (as far as cleaning) and the parking was easy.

Cons: We felt the floor and some surfaces weren't very clean upon arrival, still with some crumbs and noticeable dirt. Also, the bedroom with one queen bed (walls are pink) needs room darkening shades. There is a motion activated light right outside the room near the back door and whenever another person renting the other apartments was out, it would turn on the light and brighten the entire room. Room darkening shades!
