Extremely convenient to Magee Marsh.

Pros: Great location. Easy in/out access with coded keypad. Pretty view out the back. Comfortable. Nice hosts.

Cons: I never could get the TV to work even after they came to fix it. Since TV isn't that important, I didn't call back to arrange more help. It may have been that I didn't understand how to work it, but there were no instructions and it shut off after I clicked on a show. I never could find news or weather, which is what I wanted. They did fix one of the two lights burned out in the kitchen area. Having a washer and dryer was great (it was in the bedroom, which some people might not like).

Mixed bag

Pros: Quiet, and the unit itself was clean. Had to stay an extra day unexpectedly and that went real smooth.

Cons: I'm wondering why there were no dishes in the cabinets to use. Now, mind you,they send you a thesis about how to leave the place when you're checking out. Well, whoever had the unit before me left 95% of the dishes in the dishwasher. So many the top rack couldn't slide out. Every dish was dirty. So they didn't get the thesis? And no one looked to see that the dishes were clean and put away in between stays? Even the steak knives in the rack were dirty, and I have the picture to prove that and what I previously mentioned. I'm a traveler, not the housekeeping staff. It's not my responsibility to clean the place. So, I wasn't able to use anything and had to eat out every day.
