Pros: The condo was great! Very clean and comfortable. Mostly, well equipped with everything you would need. The pool area is super nice. There are lots of lounge chairs to relax and view the lake.

Cons: Condo kitchen could use a baking sheet and large serving spoon.

Pros: The location right on Lake Erie was wonderful. Access to the beach was very nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and enjoyed by all in the group. The condo was great and had everything one could need. Felt right at home there. An amazing view of the lake from our condo. Great to have balcony door open with screen door shut & listen to the lake.

Cons: Only major drawback was we were there during mayfly peak season. So swarms got pretty bad at times & on the vehicle alot. But one cannot control mother nature. Also we weren't able to get DVD to work as source button on remote wouldn't get us where we needed. So we just watched free movies On Demand. Also wifi name we were provided was incorrect. But we quickly figured out was The Shores & not 1801 Perry. So not a big deal.

Pros: Gated, very nice complex, beautiful view of the lake. Great location for Miller's ferry and some lighthouses in close by towns. Quiet neighbors. Stores close by for groceries and everyday items. I liked the positive decor, it was pretty and helped create a relaxing environment.

Cons: Kitchen didn't have common cook utensils but dollar tree just 1 minute on same road (so there is a spatula now and measuring spoons.) Did have a good assortment of pots and pans though. Couch was stiff, but is a pull out bed. Those are usually more stiff. Could hear horn blows all night long, boats?

This was the best 2nd birthday party place for our son. And I’m so thankful to have found it.

Pros: It has literally everything you need for a little get away. And there’s restaurants and stores not even 5 mins away. Everything you need is right there. Gas station across the street. Everything about this place was absolutely beautiful.

Cons: Just too early of a checkout. But nothing with the property.
