You won’t be disappointed:)

Pros: Everything! It was accurately depicted in photos and descriptions. Beautifully renovated and spacious! Up to date kitchen appliances, super comfortable beds/bedding, smart tv, and more! They had a brand new keurig that makes hot or iced coffee/tea, with k cups and sugar, and a large coffee pot with filters and ground coffee! Lots of kitchen utensils, a few small kitchen appliances, plenty of everything you need! I would highly recommend!! I also had a very nice gentleman named Matt reach out to me personally, before/during/after our stay. He was so kind and helpful, super responsive and just went over the top to ensure everything met my expectations. I cannot rave enough about Grand Welcome, Matt, this apartment and our experience! Well done!

Cons: Nothing! Just note: AS IN DESCRIPTION of this booking, this is an apartment IN THE CITY, on the second floor! That means, parking can be tricky at times, you will have to ascend via stairs, and you will have a fair amount of city noise at night. Again, this is to be expected and did NOT bother me or my kids. I just thought it might be helpful for others to be extra aware, in case you’re a light sleeper, traveling with more than one vehicle, and/or have trouble going up the stairs.
