Nice place, convenient set up and good facilities. Neighbourhood not brilliant

Pros: Amenities were good, and the bed is huge! TV and wifi were great and the apartment itself was lovely.

Cons: Not something that could have been foreseen, however the police to raid the building just before midnight after a violent incident in one of the apartments in the building. Lots of screaming, shouting, and banging, with one door opposite my room was kicked in when I left in the morning. I haven't heard any word from Booking.com or the property after the incident, which definitely made night 2 an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Pros: It was centrally located for what we needed and it was a good space to relax in.

Cons: There was some confusion about how we were supposed to get in. Never got an email from Booking about it

Great alternative to a hotel, private and charming.

Pros: Location was perfect, parking was right out front. It was quiet, even on the second floor. It was mid-week so seemed like no one was above us on the third floor. It felt private and offered the amenities we needed for an easy night stay. We like this type of alternative to a hotel and usually seek them out. It was a great find and very affordable. Loved its charm and vintage feel with the exposed brick that you’ll see on a few walls.

Cons: The sheets and towels were washed with a scented detergent or softener. I use only unscented as I have allergies and found this to be off putting while trying to get comfortable. The bed is better than many hotels, but I found it a bit too hard for my preference. The entry is narrow, but we were prepared for this after reading about it on other reviews.

Comfortable clean stay in Toledo

Pros: The room was big and the bed big and comfortable. Lots of light from big windows. The windows blocked any street noise. The feel of the room is kind of NYC-flat Bohemian style. It was clean and there was plenty of hot water for showers.

Cons: The kitchenette is really too tiny and cramped to do any cooking in but there’s plenty of restaurants within a short drive. If you stay here be aware there are stairs. If you can’t do stairs then this is not the stay for you.

Pros: Really charming and roomy! Appreciated the quick response when I was having difficulty entering the property.

Cons: Getting in the external door was difficult. The keypad wouldn't work until I pulled the door in and held the knob. That would have been a good extra communication on entrance. I also didn't see anything posted about the number of stairs and while I was fine, many would not be. It was also uncomfortable trying to how to figure out how to get in with the loiterers around the convenience store.

Pros: Super comfortable and offered everything we needed. Felt safe and was in a convenient location. It was a quiet block and walking distance from restaurants and the Toledo Mud Hens.

Cons: Leaving. Will stay here again.

Pros: Location, comfort, bright apartment, large windows, nice bedding

Cons: Fan was loud on the wall furnace- we tried to adjust but still loud fyi

Would stay again! Very cute and perfect for a weekend getaway.

Pros: I liked the historic look of it! Had everything we needed. A few plates and dishes if we needed them. Coffee was delicious.

Cons: Getting bags in the doorway and making sure the door shut was a challenge in the initial entryway. A second roll of toilet paper would be nice also.
