Pros: The property had everything we needed, great location and extremely clean and well presented. Easy access instructions and lovely home feel.

Cons: An extra blanket in the cupboard, for those who like a heavy cover.

Great spot for downtown Cleveland business and privacy for multiple team members

Pros: I've stayed at one of these condo rentals before and knew they would fit my travel needs. Booking rooms with coworkers can be a bit precarious, but with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms for privacy, a door code for access, and outdoor social spaces, this fit our business needs perfectly.

Cons: The other condo I stayed in was in much better shape. This one is a bit outdated, and it shows. I would have expected a slightly lower price considering the condition of the space compared to the other.

It is a very good stay. Not luxury but very good. It's close to downtown, restaurants and the lake.

Pros: Very easy communication with the host- answered right away every time. The townhouse had everything needed for the stay. The price was appropriate.

Cons: The towels were not fully dry when we arrived. One sink was backing up a little and it was challenging to get into the narrow garage.

Great place!

Pros: Unit was very clean and spacious, plenty of room for three adults, and is a much better alternative to renting a hotel room not to mention the cost of our stay at this property was a better value than the cost of a overnight stay at a local hotel in the same area. I would definitely re-book at this property and have already recommended it to friends and a few co-workers looking for a getaway.

Cons: The only downside to our stay was that the unit had a fully stocked coffee bar. However, there weren't any coffee cups to take advantage of the coffee bar.
