A good night at a good price.

Pros: Nice, clean, comfortable room for a reasonable price. There had been reviews about the place having rough looking rooms and being noisy. In our experience it was fine.

Cons: The floor seemed to be slightly sticky. Not sure why. It appeared clean and was only slightly sticky so no big problem.

Good enough for one night,

Pros: It was conveniently located 10 minutes from an event I attended

Cons: Although the bathtub, toilet, sink and beds were fine, the floor was dirty, the walls were stained, the baseboards trim was dirty and sloppily painted. If you ever got the last leftover room, this was it.
