Pros: the people at the reception are very good and welcoming and so is the hotel

Pros: Charlene at the Front desk is absolutely wonderful! One of 2 people at the front desk who treats people like humans! She is always cheerful and kind!

Great staff

Pros: Staff were very happy and helpful, clearly taking pride in their work. The hotel has seen recent investment and everything was in good order, neat and clean where it hasn't been replaced already.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit light. Still offering a light packed breakfast.

Slept well. But lots of drugs being used by many people staying there.

Pros: Breakfast wasn't offered. And I believe that I left a phone charger plugged into the wall.

Cons: Didn't like the smell of drugs being used all around the property when I was outside of my room. Lot of shady characters were present.

It was a nice stay for us.

Pros: Brent at the front desk was able to accommodate us in a room on the main floor. Without an elevator, it would have been too difficult for me to carry my husband’s oxygen machine up the stairs. The location was good.

Cons: It was ok although I prefer a pool.

Diligent staff, very clean room, enough coffee, convenient location

Pros: The best thing about this place is the staff. Brent and Charlene are exceptional, go out of their way to help, to answer questions, & to make sure we enjoy our stay here.

Great Stay

Pros: Quiet, nice rooms, friendly staff. It was a great experience and will definitely be back.

Cons: The drive way to get to the hotel is a bit bumpy but that was the only issue, not the hotels fault.
