Would definitely stay again

Pros: We loved the king size bed, very comfortable. The room was a very good size, we had a fridge and microwave even though we didn't use them on this occasion they are great to have. Rooms were clean, towels were changed each day, and bed made. We loved the breakfast, it was good quality and plenty of it. Much better than we had on a recent cruise.

Cons: The only issue we found was the air con was very noisy, just old, i think. And being on the 2nd floor, we could hear the person above getting up in early hours to leave. The floor was very creaky. Consequently, we have requested the top floor for future bookings, so that we can avoid that issue.

Very enjoyable stay. Great value all round!

Pros: Our room was very spacious. The included breakfast was great! The staff were very kind and helpful. Good parking area right outside the hotel.

Restful night sleep, No fuss, clean room and quiet.

Pros: When you stay at a chain and the breakfast varies from location to location, its a nice surprise to have a good breakfast to start your travel day.

Pros: The ease of access on and off the highway. Ok breakfast.

Cons: The just ok breakfast.

I went to the Ark and it was close by and good location

Pros: Good value and very close to what I wanted to see. Breakfast bar was good, fresh food.

About what you might expect for the money

Pros: Great location...very nice breakfast...older facility, with some updates. Very clean, but carpet was shabby. Good value for the money. Close to the Ark. Staff was pleasant. I like the shampoo/ conditioner dispensers in the shower

Cons: Mattress was too soft and likely a little too used. I had a backache in the morning--not normal for me. Carpet had some tears and needs replacement...LVP would be better. Decor could use an update. Sofas and chairs in the hallway were Flea Market quality. But about what you would expect for the money. Room was very clean.

Great place!

Pros: First person we met was the desk clerk and she was so friendly and informative. The room was clean, in a good area and the breakfast was perfect. The whole staff was kind and helpful. Everything about the hotel was perfect.

Cons: The only complaint was the winding road to get there!! We arrived at the hotel at night and it was a scary experience driving in the dark with all those curves.

Pros: Great location. Easy check in and facilities were clean. Beds very comfortable. Great stay!

Cons: Bathroom could use a little bit more light.
