We enjoyed our stay, especially the comfortable beds and clean accommodations.

Pros: Convenient, clean, large room, lots of parking, friendly staff, good coffee, comfy beds.

Cons: Breakfast not included

Great stay and very great restaurant in the hotel. Rooms need to be renovated.

Pros: The restaurant was excellent. Very good service and food. Front desk very helpful and very accommodating. We would definitely stay again but would definitely need the tub to be replaced.

Cons: The room was nice but the bath tub really needs to be replaced. The tub is very stained. I would suggest using Ajax or a commercial brand to scrub the tub until it can be replaced. House keeping maintains the room very nice but renovation in the tub is required.

Went to HOF game had wonderful experience at the hall and hotel !!

Pros: Indoor pool and hot tub. Fire pit outside. Breakfast is pretty decent.

Comfortable bed, slept well, very convenient to our family function and the hospital

Pros: I don't understand why I was charged more on check out than I was told when I reserved the room. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Cons: That my check out charge was higher than my reservation charge. 😡

It was very nice and relaxing.

Pros: Its was quiet and yet allowed kids and it was just far enough from home we felt like it was a get away and the hot tub was great my Husband has MS and it really helps his legs

Cons: The accessible shower was dangerous, tile was so slippery that I fell and broke my wrist

The breaskfast was good but alkward in how you pay. I was thinking it was included.

Pros: I thought breakfast was include in the price qoute by booking.com however I was billed for the breaskfast. I was quoted by booking.com $900 dollars and was billed $1040.00. I did have a dinner and water that was not a part of the breaskfast.

Cons: My wife fail and received a knot on the right side of her head, abrasion on the right side of her face a black eye a bruised knee and big toe on her right foot. This was caused by a rolling chair in room 201. The hotel did not offer any help. I had to bring my wife back to Virginia to our doctor.
