The hotel was in a great location, and the staff was fabulous.

Pros: We came in for the marathon right as the visiting football team was leaving, so we could tell the room had been cleaned in a rush, but everyone responded politely to our requests and they did a great job satisfying our requests. Additionally, the hotel is in a great location - close to the Marshall Stadium, with many walkable food options nearby.

Cons: The bar closed at 10 on a saturday. That was a huge bummer.

Always a comfy stay

Pros: Bed itself was very comfortable. Loved the updated fans in the bathroom, definitely helped for ventilation. Location is great and close to lots of great places to eat and many different experiences.

Cons: Pillows went flat almost immediately, I understand that this is preference. Need a mixture of firm and soft pillows.
