Pros: Great location with many restaurants to choose from. Pool was refreshing & guest laundry. Free parking. Breakfast included.

Clean and convenient

Pros: Clean and convenient hotel. Only stopped one night on a road trip so just needed somewhereto sleep. Lots of chain restaurants close by.

Pros: Modern, clean and comfortable. Plenty of USB and wall socket points next to the bed for charging phones and laptops etc. AC worked well. Good desk layout for working. Check in and out was straight forward. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast option very limited - particularly if you have any dietary preferences or constraints. However worth noting that this lack of dietary options (e.g. plant based milks, vegetarian and vegan options) seemed to be the norm across the wider Dayton area, so this hotel did not stand out as unusual.

Relaxing and comfortable

Pros: When you enter the lobby is spacious, clean and cheerful! You get a good feeling from the get go! The elevators are easy to access, hallways are wide and over all clean. Our room was very spacious and clean. I checked the towels and bedding but found no issues. The room had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave that would be excellent for longer stays. We did not go to the pool but there was evidence it was being enjoyed by others. Breakfast was plenty with a good selection of items.

Cons: Wet kids from the pool using the elevator caused slip hazards for others, leaving little puddles behind. All thought I did let the front desk know and they had it cleaned up.

We just wish we could have stayed longer

Pros: It was wonderful having such a clean, comfortable place to stay. From the check in person to the breakfast staff were super friendly and helpful.
