Pros: Comfortable accommodations for extended family of 14.

Cons: Entry security code was not clearly provided. Struggled with heating system toward the end of our visit. WIFI code and network was not clearly provided. Checkout expectations were not communicated. I do not like to bother the host unnecessarily, but had to reach out thru email and phone to gain entry to property and get WIFI code and network information.
