100 Acre Relaxing Retreat Near ARK - The Cottage

Beautiful piece of heaven ….. relaxing, comfortable, super clean and welcoming …. Fantastic location to Ark and amenitie

Pros: The cottage was superb 👌🏼, the hosts were super friendly and welcoming - we couldn’t have asked for more ! The cottage was very clean and homely ….. the grounds were beautifully maintained with fantastic views! Local restaurants were 10-15mins, with local shops and fuel etc. The beds were very comfortable as was the bed linen - we were super blessed by this family and cottage and can’t recommend highly enough ….. thank you 🙏🏼

Pros: Breathtaking view, the cottage is very comfortable and so are the beds. The house is in clean and in very good condition. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Pros: We loved the serenity of the cottage and the country. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay. Wish we could've stayed longer. We most definitely would book again.

Cons: Being from out of town and checking in at a late time we expected to be met with some type of lights on at the cottage. There wasn't any lights on upon our arrival. Which was very disappointing considering we're traveling from out of town. My wife and I had our 80 year old mother with us. She and my wife were very concerned about me when I went to open the door because of the no lighting. They stayed in the car for safety reasons, not wanting either of them to trip or fall. My wife and I wished there were televisions in the bedrooms just in case we wanted to really relax while watching TV..

I loved it, and I would love to come again. It was very calming and very relaxing.

Pros: I loved the location, I needed the peace and quiet of just a good old country road with little traffic. Though you did not serve breakfast, you had most of the items needed to cook breakfast. A set of tongs would be great the kitchen.

Cons: I don’t know if there was anything I did not like, overall it was very pleasant

Pros: No breakfast, the house was really neat and clean. The views was awesome, the host were really good. Great value. Would recommend to anyone, really pleasant stay

Pros: The place is beautiful and you can feel peace from the moment you park and enter the house. It is a wonderful place to rest and reflect.

Pros: Beautiful, up to date newish, extra pillows available, Scenery was beautiful, beds were comfortable, even Furnished us coffee For the coffee maker. Just the right amount of beds for who came with us ,price was right on. We really enjoyed our stay. Loved their family, pets coming to greet us.

Cons: The driveways for two ram trucks were very skinny, the road to get there was a very, very narrow Wow. Would have liked to have TVs in each and every room because not everyone likes to watch the same thing. The labrador because the trash was turned over because of the wind the next morning we woke up to trash all over the ground from your dog , Just really wanted you to know who did that not us.

Fun, cozy, and comfortable!

Pros: The door had a code. Didnt have to check in. Location was close to everything. Nice and quiet!

Cons: The road leading up to the cottage was narrow and in some parts steep!

Peaceful homie feel

Pros: Out of town enough to be relaxing but still close enough for short travel to go do things. We woke up to a beautiful view with deer in the yard every morning!
